What we correct
We correct demonstrably inaccurate facts, misleading omissions, broken attribution, and material presentation errors. Differences of opinion are reviewed but are not automatically factual errors.
How to report an issue
Identify the page, quote the disputed statement, explain the issue, and include a primary source or other verifiable evidence when possible. Use the contact details published on our contact page.
What happens next
The editorial team checks the claim against available evidence. Material corrections are made promptly when confirmed; minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a notice.
Where useful to readers, the page will describe the corrected point and update its review date.
